Take The Next Step
Step1: Schedule your first session
This is a powerful step! The first appointment will be your first meeting with the therapist. During the initial visit, we will help you discover your goal and create a vision.
We will gather information about your current symptoms, social history, goals for treatment, etc. and go over the paperwork you completed.
Initial sessions generally take about an hour or 1:15.
Step 2: Work together
Usually, you will meet weekly for the first month with your counselor so you can gain the traction to start making changes immediately. During this work, you and your therapist can explore ways to upgrade your skills and master your environment.
Step 3: Start enjoying your relationship again
Using the skills you learn in your sessions, you will be able to resolve conflicts on your own and enjoy the benefits of being in happy relationships. You will be able to create the moments that bring you enjoyment.
